Sanding Discs

Abrasive discs for orbital sanders, random orbit sanders and angle grinders, dispatched from our Leeds warehouse. Aluminium oxide abrasive across a full grit range, so you can work from heavy stock removal through to a fine finish.

Hook & loop discs — 125mm and 150mm discs in 40 to 320 grit, with an anti-clog coating and punched holes for dust extraction. They pull straight off the pad and go back on, so you can change grit and re-use a disc without losing it.

Self-adhesive discs — 150mm (6") PSA stick-on discs in 40 to 320 grit for orbital sanders with a plain pad. Peel the backing, press on, and go.

Fibre discs — Abracs aluminium oxide fibre discs in 24, 36 and 60 grit, from 100mm to 178mm, for angle grinders. Coarse and hard-wearing, for stripping paint, rust, weld dressing and heavy stock removal. Fit with a backing pad, available as an option.

Choosing a grit — 24 to 60 grit for aggressive stock removal and paint stripping, 80 to 120 for general sanding and levelling, 180 to 320 for finishing and preparing a surface for paint.
