60 x 40mm Flap Wheel — 6mm Shank, Abracs Spindle Mounted

Abracs 60 x 40mm spindle mounted flap wheel on a 6mm shank, for deburring, blending and finishing in a drill or die grinder. The wide face covers ground quickly on larger surfaces and leaves an even finish across a panel or a length of tube, rather than the narrow band a smaller wheel produces. Overlapping abrasive flaps flex to follow the contour of the workpiece rather than flattening it, and wear away as you go to keep exposing fresh grit.

This is not an angle grinder disc

Choosing a grit
40 (coarse) for stock removal and heavy rust or scale. 60 (medium) for general deburring and cleaning up. 80 for blending and pre-finish work. 120 (fine) for final finishing and satin surfaces.
