Wire Wheel Brushes

Wire wheel brushes for angle grinders, for stripping rust, scale, paint and weld slag. Twist-knot 0.5mm wire on an M14 thread, working on the edge of the wheel. Choose the shape by how you need to reach the work.

Flat wheel brush
The flat wheel works across open, flat surfaces, faces and along weld lines — the brush for covering ground on larger areas.

Bevel brush
The angled, conical face reaches into corners, edges, cracks and profiles that a flat wheel skips over — the brush for awkward shapes and tight access.

Both are twist-knot
Twisted-knot wire is aggressive and fast-cutting, for heavy rust, scale and slag. For lighter cleaning and polishing, see our crimped cup brush.

Safety
Rated to a maximum of 12,500 RPM — never exceed your grinder's rated speed, and always wear eye protection and a face shield, as wire brushes shed wires in use.
