Uninsulated bootlace ferrules crimp onto the end of a stranded conductor to give a solid, tidy end that clamps cleanly into screw terminals and terminal blocks. The seamless barrel contains every strand, so none splay out, break off or work loose over time, improving the connection and reducing the risk of shorts.
