25mm Emery Roll 50m — Aluminium Oxide Cloth, Blue Twill

25mm emery cloth roll, 50 metres long, in premium aluminium oxide on a blue J-weight twill cloth backing. The roll format lets you tear off exactly the length you need — the narrow 25mm width wraps neatly around bar, tube, pipe and threads, folds over a file, and is ideal for cleaning up in the lathe. Same hard-wearing cloth as our emery sheets, in a dispenser roll for the workshop bench.

Why a roll
A 50m roll works out cheaper per use than sheets and cuts waste — you tear off a strip the exact length and width for the job rather than a whole sheet. The dispenser box keeps it clean and feeding on the bench. The J-weight cloth tears cleanly by hand yet stands up to heat, oil and repeated use.

Choosing a grit
40 (coarse) for heavy rust, scale and stock removal. 60 and 80 (medium) for general cleaning and preparation. 120 and 150 (fine) for finishing and polishing before paint or plate.
