Connector Blocks & Choc Blocks

Screw terminal connector strips for joining electrical cables, dispatched from our Leeds warehouse. Known as choc blocks or chocolate blocks after their appearance, they remain the simplest way to make a solid, removable connection between two conductors.

Twelve ways, cut to suit — every strip has 12 ways, and the strip cuts cleanly between the ways with a knife or snips. Take two ways for a single joint, or as many as the job needs, and keep the rest for next time.

Amp ratings — 3A, 5A, 10A, 15A, 30A and 60A. Choose a rating that comfortably exceeds the current the circuit will carry, and one whose terminals are large enough to take your conductor.

White or black — white for general use, black where the connector will be visible against dark trim or in vehicle and speaker wiring.

Where they're used — lighting, appliances, vehicle and caravan wiring, speaker and low voltage circuits, and general repairs.

Connector blocks should be housed inside a suitable enclosure or junction box, and mains work should be carried out by a competent person. Order before our daily cut-off for fast UK dispatch.
