Non-adhesive PVC tape for wiring loom and harness applications. Bonds to itself rather than the surface, so it stretches and clings tightly around a bundle of cables without leaving sticky residue.
Material and construction
Premium grade plasticised PVC film, [confirm colour: black], total thickness 0.13mm (±0.005). Elongation 220%.
Performance
Tensile strength ≥15 N/cm. Temperature rating 80°C. Voltage resistance 600V. Dielectric strength 40kV/mm. Low speed unwind force 2.2-4.4 N/mm. Self-extinguishing flame retardancy.
Sizes and use
Supplied 19mm x 40m. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Secure the open end with heat shrink or adhesive tape once wrapped.
