Pop Rivet Washers – Steel Backing Washers for Blind Rivets (M3 & M5)

Pop rivet washers — galvanised steel backing washers that fit over a blind rivet to increase the bearing area and spread the clamping force. They stop the rivet head pulling through in thin, soft or oversized holes, giving a stronger, more secure fixing.

Galvanised steel — strong and corrosion-resistant

Purpose
Backing/support washer that spreads load and prevents rivet pull-through

Sizes (inner x outer diameter)
M3 — 3mm x 13mm (1/8"), suits 3.2mm rivets
M5 — 5mm x 20mm (3/16"), suits 4.8mm rivets

Fitting
Slide onto the rivet before setting, on the blind (rear) side of the joint, then set the rivet as normal
