80 x 50mm Flap Wheel — 6mm Shank, Abracs Spindle Mounted

Abracs 80 x 50mm spindle mounted flap wheel on a 6mm shank, for deburring, blending and finishing in a drill or die grinder. The largest wheel in the range, with the widest face for covering panels and long runs in fewer passes and with fewer visible joins in the finish. Overlapping abrasive flaps flex to follow the contour of the workpiece rather than flattening it, and wear away as you go to keep exposing fresh grit.

This is not an angle grinder disc

Choosing a grit
40 (coarse) for stock removal and heavy rust or scale. 60 (medium) for general deburring and cleaning up. 80 for blending and pre-finish work. 120 (fine) for final finishing and satin surfaces.

Fits
Any drill or die grinder taking a 6mm shank. A larger wheel puts more load on the shank, so use a firmly held drill or a die grinder rather than a hand-held cordless where you can.
