Heatshrink Butt Connectors - Waterproof Crimp Splices, Red, Blue & Yellow

Heatshrink butt connectors join two wires end to end with a crimp, then seal the joint with heat. The adhesive lined heatshrink insulation shrinks and melts around the cable, making a waterproof splice that resists vibration, damp and corrosion.

Colour - Wire size
Red - 0.5-1.5mm²
Blue - 1.5-2.5mm²
Yellow - 4.0-6.0mm²

Material
Tin plated copper barrel, polyethylene heatshrink insulation with hot melt adhesive lining

Shrink temperature
125°C to 180°C, using a heat gun

Operating temperature
-45°C to +125°C, 600V max

Applications
Automotive, trailer and marine wiring, machinery and agricultural looms, outdoor lighting, and any splice exposed to damp or vibration.
