Wire Cup Brushes

Wire cup brushes for angle grinders, for cleaning and preparing metal face-on. Fitted to the grinder spindle with an M10 or M14 thread. Choose the wire type by how aggressive the job is.

Twist-knot cup brush
Twisted knots of 0.5mm wire that hit hard and concentrated — the aggressive choice for stripping heavy rust, mill scale, thick paint and weld slag. 70mm.

Crimped wire cup brush
High-density brass-dipped 0.3mm crimped wire that flexes to the surface — the gentler choice for cleaning, deburring, light rust and polishing. 75mm.

Choosing a thread
M14 is the most common on modern angle grinders; M10 x 1.5 suits many smaller and older machines. Check your grinder's spindle before ordering.

Safety
Rated to a maximum of 12,500 RPM — never exceed your grinder's rated speed, and always wear eye protection and a face shield, as wire brushes shed wires in use.
