Poly Strip Disc — Non-Scratch Paint & Rust Removal, 115/125mm

Poly clean and strip disc for an angle grinder, for stripping rust, paint, thermal bluing and coatings without scratching the surface underneath. An open non-woven nylon web with a synthetic resin coating on a lightweight fibreglass backing — it clings to rust and paint and lifts them away, while the soft, open structure leaves the base metal, wood or fibreglass unmarked where a wire brush or grinding disc would gouge it.

Non-scratch stripping
This is the disc to use when you need the coating gone but the surface protected — sheet metal, bodywork, wood and fibreglass. The open web runs cool and resists clogging, so it keeps cutting and won't heat-distort thin panels.

115mm (4.5") and 125mm (5") both use a standard 22mm bore — pick the size to match your grinder. Choose above.
