The nuts, studs, clamps and sealants needed to fit, seal and repair an exhaust system, dispatched from our Leeds warehouse. Exhaust fixings live a hard life — heat cycling, road salt and seized threads — so it pays to replace them rather than reuse them.

Manifold nuts — copper flashed and brass exhaust manifold nuts in M8 and M10, plus UNF and UNC. Both finishes help resist seizing on hot threads, so the nut comes off again next time. Also suit turbo and inlet applications.

Manifold studs — high tensile metric studs in M8 and M10 across multiple lengths, and imperial UNC / UNF studs in multiple sizes.

Exhaust clamps — universal M8 U bolt exhaust clamps in bright zinc plated steel, supplied with nuts, covering 29mm to 102mm.

Sealing & repair — Granville exhaust assembly paste for gas tight joints, exhaust repair putty for silencers and joints, and high temperature gasket paper sheets in 10" x 10" and 250mm x 250mm for cutting your own gaskets.
