Self-Adhesive Sanding Discs

Self-adhesive sanding discs in 150mm, with a pressure-sensitive (PSA) sticky back, for orbital and dual-action sanders. Premium aluminium oxide grain on a paper backing — peel the liner, press onto a smooth pad and sand. An easy-peel tab strips the worn disc off cleanly.

How PSA discs work
The back of the disc is coated in a pressure-sensitive adhesive. It sticks straight onto a smooth-faced backing pad, holds firm while you sand, and peels off without leaving residue. There are no holes or hooks to line up — just press and go.

Choosing a grit
40 and 60 (coarse) for stripping and heavy stock removal. 80 and 120 (medium) for general sanding. 180 and 240 (fine) for finishing. 320 (very fine) for final finishing and between coats.

You will need a smooth PSA pad
