150mm Self-Adhesive Sanding Disc (6") — PSA Sticky-Back, No Hole

150mm self-adhesive sanding disc with a pressure-sensitive (PSA) sticky back, for orbital and dual-action sanders. Premium aluminium oxide grain on a paper backing — peel the liner, press the disc onto your sander pad and go. An easy-peel tab lets you strip the worn disc off cleanly when you are done, with no slipping or spinning in use.

Choosing a grit
40 and 60 (coarse) for stripping paint, rust and heavy stock removal. 80 and 120 (medium) for general sanding and smoothing. 180 and 240 (fine) for finishing. 320 (very fine) for final finishing and between coats. Working down through the grits gives a better finish than jumping straight to fine.
