Hand pads and steel wool for cleaning, blending and finishing by hand. Non-woven scuff pads key and clean a surface without the aggression of sandpaper and won't rust or leave fibres behind, while steel wool gets into mouldings and detail for de-rusting, burnishing and rubbing back.
