125mm Hook & Loop Sanding Disc (5") — 8 Hole, Dust Extraction

125mm hook and loop sanding disc with 8 dust-extraction holes, for orbital and dual-action sanders. Industrial-quality aluminium oxide grain on a hook and loop (grip) backing — press the disc onto your sander pad, sand, then peel it off to change grit in seconds. The 8 holes pull dust off the surface and through the pad to your extractor, for a cleaner cut and a clearer view of the work.

Match the holes to your pad
Dust extraction only works if the disc holes line up with the holes in your backing pad. This is the 8-hole 125mm disc — check your sander pad is also 125mm with an 8-hole pattern before ordering. For a 6-hole machine, choose our 150mm 6-hole disc instead.

Choosing a grit
40 (coarse) for stripping paint and heavy stock removal. 80 and 120 (medium) for general sanding and smoothing. 180 (fine) and 320 (very fine) for finishing and flatting between coats. Working down through the grits gives a better finish than jumping straight to fine.
