Please note
Adhesive clips are only as good as the surface under them. Wipe it clean and dry first, work at room temperature rather than in the cold, and press each clip firmly for a few seconds - dust, damp and cold are why adhesive fixings let go. Adhesive backing is not the right fixing for the hottest parts of an engine bay, where heat will soften it over time, or for a heavy run that will be pulled on: use a screwed or bolted P clip there instead.
