100pc Assorted Ring Terminals Box - Tinned Copper, 10mm² to 70mm²

100pc Assorted Box of Ring Terminals - 100 tinned copper ring terminals and cable lugs covering six cable sizes from 10mm² up to 70mm², with M6, M8 and M10 stud holes.

This is the terminal that puts heavy cable onto a stud - a battery post, an earth point, an alternator or a busbar. Crimped properly it carries the full current the cable can carry with nothing added in resistance, and because the ring is captive on the stud there is nothing to shake loose. The tin plating is what makes it last: bare copper corrodes green under a terminal boot and the joint slowly gets worse, while tinned copper stays serviceable in damp, marine and underbonnet conditions.

Please note
These need a hydraulic or heavy duty crimping tool. Copper barrel of this wall thickness cannot be compressed properly with hand crimpers, and an under-crimped joint will heat up under load. Sleeve the finished crimp with heat shrink to insulate it and keep damp out of the cable end.
