360pc Assorted Box of Diesel Injector Copper Washers - 360 copper sealing washers in ten size combinations, with bores from 6mm to 17mm, outside diameters from 10mm to 21mm and thicknesses of 1.0mm and 1.5mm.

Copper crushes into the sealing face as the union is pulled up, and that is what holds a diesel injector, a leak-off pipe or a high pressure fuel union against both the pressure and the heat. They are consumables: every washer disturbed should be replaced, which is why a workshop doing injector work gets through them in quantity rather than one at a time.

Please note
These are single use. A washer that has already been crushed will not seal reliably again, and on an injector or a high pressure fuel union a reused washer is the usual cause of a leak.
