280pc Assorted Box of PVC Wiring Grommets - 280 PVC grommets in six sizes, covering panel holes from 6.4mm up to 25mm and cable bores from 4mm to 19.5mm.

A grommet lines a drilled hole so the cable passing through runs on plastic rather than a bare metal edge. Without one the edge works through the insulation over time with vibration, and a loom that has chafed through against a bulkhead is a short circuit waiting to happen. They push into the hole and grip on the panel, so nothing else is needed to hold them in place.
