24pc Assorted Box of Push Fit Tube Couplings - 24 metric push fit tube couplings covering five sizes from 4mm up to 12mm, for joining and repairing air, fluid and pneumatic lines.

Push the tube in and it locks; press the collet and it releases. There is no nut to tighten, no olive to crush and nothing to replace if you take the joint apart again, which is why push fit has taken over pneumatic work almost entirely - a line can be broken and remade a dozen times without consumables. Sizes are weighted towards 6mm and 8mm, which covers most air line and equipment plumbing.

Please note
Push fit couplings seal on the outside of the tube, so they need clean, round, undamaged tube cut square - nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene and similar semi rigid tube. They are not for rubber hose, which is too soft to seal against and will blow off under pressure. For rigid metal tube use a compression coupling instead. Suitable for cold water and low pressure ancillary circuits, but not for engine coolant, which runs too hot and too high pressure for this type of fitting.
