Stainless ties can't be tensioned or trimmed properly by hand, so this plier-style tool does both. Grip the tie tail, work the handles to tension it to the level you need, then cut the excess off flush with the cut lever. The flush cut removes the sharp tail that stainless ties leave, and the all-metal build stands up to repeated heavy use.
