Manufactured to strict standards, this 99C alloy solder wire is formulated with 99.3% tin and 0.7% copper, delivering excellent flow, clean joints and strong, long-lasting bonds.

Construction and use
Solid core — does not contain flux. Requires a separate liquid flux or paste, which breaks down oxides and promotes solder wetting for clean, precise joints. Solid.

Available in 3.25mm (10 SWG) diameter, in 1m, 2m, 5m and 10m coils or a full 500g reel.

Applications
Ideal for plumbers, installers, engineers and DIY users working on copper pipework and general engineering metals. Melting point 227°C. Manufactured to BS EN ISO standards, suitable for potable water installations.
