150mm Backing Pad — For Hook & Loop Sanding Discs, DA Sander

150mm hook and loop backing pad with a grip face, for hook and loop sanding discs on a dual-action or orbital sander. The discs press straight onto the pad and peel off for a fast grit change. The pad threads onto the sander with a 5/16" UNF thread. A replacement or spare for a worn pad, or the pad to add if you are switching to hook and loop discs.

Hook and loop face, not smooth PSA
This pad has a grip (hook and loop) face for hook and loop discs. It is not the smooth-faced PSA pad — the two are not interchangeable. If you use self-adhesive sticky-back discs, see our PSA backing pad instead.
